Captain Tom Ullum is the owner and founder of Lake Erie Charter Service LLC. He started fishing at a very young age. His grandfather had a boat on Lake Erie. Not only did his father also have a boat on Lake Erie, he had a bass boat as well. Needless to say Captain Tom didn't have a chance of not becoming a fisherman! If he wasn't on Lake Erie fishing, he was on one of the other nearby inland lakes. From when he was about age 10 and onwards, he fished at least one tournament a week.
